Cancellation Policy

Great White Shark Trips must be canceled 24 hours before the departure time of your trip. If the guest/s cancels less than the 24 hours of the Departure time of your trip, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. If the guest does not arrive for the tour you booked (NO SHOW) you will receive a 100% cancellation fee.

Weather calls are done prior to the trip and if bad weather does not allow the trip to go ahead on a particular day the guest/s will be informed and an alternative date will be arranged for another day that is conducive for the guest/s or the guest/s will receive a 100% refund due to the bad weather cancellation.

If heavy winds pick up while out at sea and the boat has to return back to shore as safety to the guest/s is MOST IMPORTANT, there will be no refund, but you will receive a voucher to go again for free on another day that suits you best. (please plan your stay for a few nights at least, just in case the weather doesn’t play along and you need to reschedule your Great White Shark Experience)

Sightings of Great White Sharks can never be guaranteed. They are wild creatures of the wild ocean and no one can predict their behavior, so if there are no sightings there will be no refund but a voucher to go for free will be offered to go on a day that suits you best.

Cage Diving may not always be possible and cannot be guaranteed due to varying weather conditions. As viewing from the boat is just as good as in the Cage if not better sometimes, the cost is the same and there is no refunds.

The trip is about 3 – 4 hours long at sea.

The time of departure of your trip is dependent on the tides, weather and the number of tours for the day and therefore you will receive a call/SMS the day before confirming the time you will need to be at the office for your trip the next day.
